You eat around the cooking.
Different chefs on different sections, a DJ warming the air.
Dishes you already know, done at levels most kitchens do not reach.
Italian-Mediterranean heritage, Mallorcan produce, classical technique.

The most exclusive table on the Paseo.
The restaurant menu moves outside in season, under palms that are already there.
It closes at midnight. The night does not.

The room feeds you all night. Bites in your hand, proper cocktails.
Dancing food. Fifteen flavours, each one mouthful, ordered from the club bar.
Wagyu, Balfegó bluefin, Sóller red prawn, Alba truffle in season.
Fresh fruit pressed at the bar, as much theatre for the non-drinker as the drinker.

Free to dance like nobody is filming, because nobody is.
Party and calm at one address. Lunch with your feet on the port, dancing at two, and nobody has to choose which one they came for.

Our guest is running five kilometres the next morning, or cycling to Sa Calobra before the heat.
They did not stop wanting the night: they want a night worth being fit for.
The vodka Red Bull club model is dead.

We want to be there for the sunrise and the sunset.
They called us day people for the nighttime. We take it as the compliment it is.
By day the house runs open the way the best members' houses do. Everyone welcome, no fuss made of it.

In Ibiza the most famous people alive sit down to lunch together, in daylight, in public, and nobody makes it strange.
The €54B superyacht industry has its Mediterranean centre of gravity at our front door.
Doors at one, peak at three, the same night in every city: the hours before midnight left on the table.
The spend is not gone. The format is finished.
Modern Mallorca is different. We are going after the tastemakers.
The door is the product; nothing dilutes it.
Some days the club closes for one name: a show, a launch, a wedding, a team with a cup.
