Basement under the main building. Funktion-One sound, a one-bite luxury counter, and a door policy with a philosophy. Concrete raw, steel beams visible. No velvet, no bottle parade, no photography.

The Restaurant

Open kitchen at the heart of the room. Italian-Mediterranean heritage, Mallorcan produce, classical technique. Stainless-steel benches extend onto the dining floor — guests eat around the cooking. Full à la carte service, looking out onto the terrace.

The Secret Garden

The Restaurant opens onto the Secret Garden in season. Outdoor covers under Mallorcan sky — same kitchen, same menu. Soon to be the most exclusive restaurant experience on Paseo.

"One bite is all it takes,
to fall in love with me."

Two kitchens, one produce programme, one chef. The club serves bites in your hand. The restaurant serves the full à la carte. Pyrenean lamb, Bresse chicken, A5 wagyu, Galician blonde beef, Sóller red prawn, Balfegó bluefin, Gillardeau oyster, Alba white truffle in season.
